Clotilde's Jam

Clotilde, she makes friends wherever she goes. Her most recent friends are a local jeweler and a jam maker from Logan. Clotilde has been collaborating with the jam person, Liz Butcher of Logan, and they have concocted a jam recipe based on Clotilde's Berbere (North African) spice blend...that's the spice blend she uses to make that mac 'n cheese so yummy. I, for one, am curious as to how it tastes. And of course, being her brainchild, it contains no extra sugar and is sweetened with agave nectar.

Here is the website, though this particular jam is not on there for sale. However, I have it on good authority that Liz knows her jam. I think it is being sold at Tony Caputo's downtown. According to Liz it "Starts out mild, but man does it have some kick!"
